Use of Educsy

Educsy teaches about AI through short, interactive lessons organized into learning paths, with practice to review what you have learned. You are responsible for how you use what you learn, and for deciding whether it is right for your situation.

Educational Content

Educsy is for general education. Its lessons are not professional advice of any kind, such as legal, financial, medical, or technical advice.

Our lessons are drafted with the help of AI and reviewed by a person before they are released. Even so, they may contain mistakes, and AI changes quickly, so some content may become out of date. Check important information with other sources before you rely on it. If you find a mistake, please tell us at contact@moonlightapps.dev.

Your Account

When you first open Educsy, it creates an anonymous account on your iPhone. You do not need to give us your name or email address. Until you link your account to Sign in with Apple or an email address, once that option is available, your progress can only be reached from that iPhone, and it is lost if you delete the app or lose the device.

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings, Delete account. Deleting your account cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a subscription.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some lessons are free, including the first section of every learning path. Other lessons require a paid subscription. Prices and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.

• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and charged to your Apple account.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms, billing rules, cancellation processes, and refund policies. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

Apple and the App Store

If you downloaded Educsy from the App Store, your license to use the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add to it. Apple is not responsible for Educsy or its content.

User Content

You retain ownership of what you write in Educsy, such as your answers, and of the messages you send us. You grant Moonlight Apps the rights needed to process that content to operate, maintain, improve, and provide Educsy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Educsy, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, get around subscription requirements, copy or redistribute lessons outside the app, reverse engineer the app, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Educsy, including its lessons, design, software, and branding, is owned by Moonlight Apps or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Educsy to you.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Educsy at any time, including adding, changing, or removing lessons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonlight Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of Educsy.

Termination

You may stop using Educsy at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use Educsy in a way that creates risk for us, other users, or the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of Educsy after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
